A Clearer, Smarter Dashboard for Barber Shop Owners
Today, I shipped a major dashboard update in BarberCore.uk, built around one simple goal: giving barber shop owners instant clarity about what is happening in their business.
The dashboard now shows the information that matters most, right away. Bookings that need attention are clearly highlighted, so nothing important gets missed during a busy day.
You can also see a clear breakdown of appointment statuses, helping you quickly understand how many bookings are confirmed, pending, completed, or cancelled.
To make patterns and trends easier to spot, the dashboard now visualises bookings and revenue over the last seven days. Instead of digging through long lists or jumping between pages, you get a clear overview of how your shop has been performing at a glance.
This update is all about reducing friction. Fewer clicks. Less searching. More confidence that you are on top of your schedule and income at all times.
In addition to better insights, I also added full colour customisation. Each barber shop can now style the dashboard to match its own brand and look. It may seem like a small detail, but it makes a big difference.
The system feels personal and familiar—something you own—rather than a generic piece of software.
Everything in this update was built step by step, based on real barber workflows and day-to-day needs, not assumptions. The aim is to make BarberCore.uk feel natural to use, even on the busiest days.
Still polishing, still improving, and getting closer to launch every day.
